Photography Consent and Release Form (for Advertising Use)

I, the undersigned, hereby grant Souvenir Photograph and its representatives, successors, assigns, and licensees (the "Photographer") the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right and permission to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and display photographs or images taken of me on date shown below for advertising, marketing, promotional, or any other commercial purposes.

This permission includes use in any media now known or hereafter devised, including but not limited to print advertisements, websites, social media, brochures, billboards, and digital campaigns.

I understand that the Photographs may be altered or modified, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the final use.

I release the Photographer from any claims, demands, or liability arising from the use of the Photographs, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation, or copyright infringement.

I am of legal age (18 years or older) and have the full right to enter into this agreement. If the subject is a minor, this form must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.

By typing my name below, I am providing my digital signature and affirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this consent and release form. I intend for my typed name to serve as my legal signature.
